Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Custom work is at the heart of Sassafras Studios. Contact Susan with your colors, style, size, budget, and any inspiration photos.

Can you recreate a design from a photograph?

We can use a photograph as inspiration, but each piece will be uniquely created based on available materials. Exact duplication may not be possible.

 

Do you decorate porches and businesses?

Yes. We offer seasonal decorating for residential porches, entryways, and local businesses. Pricing depends on the size of the space, materials, and design requirements.

 

Do you require a deposit?

A deposit may be required for custom orders or decorating projects before materials are purchased. The balance is due when the order is completed.

 

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

Free local pickup is available. Contact Susan to discuss whether local delivery or shipping is available for your particular item.

 

How far in advance should I order?

Please order as early as possible, especially for fall, Halloween, and Christmas designs. Completion times depend on the size of the project and material availability.
